Our village, La Livinière, is known for its world class vineyards, its olive orchards, and, since 2021, for its lavenders. Wild lavender was already growing naturally around the village well before we planted ours.

Our lavender collection currently exceeds 137 varieties that we grow naturally (without any pesticides), with the majority of them currently in the process of being certified organic.

Our natural wellness products contain our essential oils, our hydrosols, or our dried lavender buds. They are created to naturally and durably improve your well being, thanks to their aromachological properties (aromachology is the influence of scents on human behavior and examines the relationship between feelings and emotions).

Our products are 100% natural, without preservatives or dyes, packaged in reusable or recyclable packaging.

Extracted through a slow steam distillation process in our copper distiller, with pure spring water from the Black Mountain. The lavender is harvested by hand in our Minervois fields, its essential oil reveals the authenticity of the health benefits of the plant and the unique signature of our terroir.

Fine lavender

The steam that extracts the essential oil from the plants is cooled off at the end of the process and contains, on average, 0.03% of molecules of essential oil. It gives out what is commonly known as hydrosol.

Hydrosol contains the authenticity of the properties of each plant, in a diluted version.

Our hydrosols are made from the distillation of our lavender plants, in our traditional copper distiller, with pure spring water from the Black Mountain.

You can use them as an air freshener, diffused in a nebulizer, or as a pillow spray.

Made with sunflower wax, our dried lavender buds, essential oils of lavandin and lavender (organic or from our naturally grown plants), with a beech wood wick...all hand poured into a recyclable glass container with a cork lid, for approximately 30 hours of enjoyment.

We chose to use sunflower wax because it's a vegan wax, made from the hydrogenation of the sunflower seed. Sunflowers are grown mainly in France and Europe and their carbon footprint is very low. This wax is 100% natural, without GMO, without pesticides or herbicides, eco-friendly, easily renewable and it doesn't produce any soot or toxins harmful to one's health or the environment. It is also a relatively slow melting wax that is easy to remove when cleaning the container to reuse it.

When the end of the day is near and that your eyes are tired from computer or phone screens, when you need to forget about the day you just had, warm up our lavender eye pillow for a few seconds in the microwave to release the relaxing properties of our lavender. Our eye pillow also gives a light pressure massage to the eye socket which brings on an instant feeling of relaxation and regeneration. It may also help relieve tension headaches.

Harvested at perfect maturity in our fields so as to contain a maximum of essential oil, our lavender flowers are traditionally air dried in a dry and dark place. They are then de-budded by hand and packaged in their recyclable packaging to keep their fragrance and freshness.

Perfect to make your own sachets for your closets or drawers (they keep the moths at bay), to delicately perfume your clothes in the dryer, or to scent a room while cleaning (spread a few buds over the floor, on a rug or over carpeting before vacuuming).

Our dried lavender will remind you of our beautiful blue Minervois sky, the warmth of our sunshine, and the singing of our summer cicadas, nestled into a linen sachet, for decoration purposes, or to scent your armoires, closets or drawers. It will delicately scent your clothes and repel textile moths. You can also put it in your car for a relaxing ambiance on your way from work.
